Wyoming based, Rich has played flute his entire life, using it as an emotional and spiritual release and connection to all things life confronts himself and people with every day. For special friends on special occasions he shares his compositions and improvisations to give people the opportunity to take their own creative emotional and spiritual trips. Although classically trained, his music stirs classical, rock, jazz, and even the blues together to broaden his own and hopefully the imagination of other listeners.

Join us for this very special evening with local cellist and vocalist Lee Zimmerman and visiting Croatian pianist Radoslav Lorkovic.

About the Musicians:

"Rad" Lorkovic
Drawing from a multitude of influences ranging from elegant classical and jazz styles to the rawest, most basic blues, country and soul, Radoslav Lorković has taken on an unusually broad musical spectrum and refined it into his distinctive piano style. His tenure on the R&B and folk circuits has culminated in five critically acclaimed solo recordings and numerous appearances on the recordings of and performances with artists including Odetta, Jimmy LaFave, Ribbon of Highway Woody Guthrie Tribute, Greg Brown, Richard Shindell, Ellis Paul, Ronny Cox, Dave Moore, Andy White, and Bo Ramsey.

Lee Zimmerman
Lee Zimmerman is a Cellist and Vocalist- one of the new cello innovators- weaving cello and voice in a broad musical fabric embracing music from the middle ages to seventeenth century courtly dance to the pulse of modern urban cityscapes. Influenced by american pop music, swing, jazz, classical and world music- He brings a singular approach to cello and song to the streets, taverns, living rooms, ceremonial and concert spaces around the world. He is a songwriter and has created music for movement, theater, performance art, dance, yoga and poetry. His music is both lyrical, percussive and haunting.
