Join us for a 5-course Champagne Tasting Dinner with a menu designed and prepared by Chef Michael Cartwright of Cartwright Catering.  Each course is thoughtfully paired with a Champagne from Champagne Gardet.  Christope Prieux from Champagne Gardet will be here to discuss his family's Champagne House and the wine pairings.
